Residential Designed Solutions, a growing firm focused exclusively on the design of single family residential construction and renovations, is looking for an experienced individual to handle construction documentation as part of our creative team.

Team Member Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Responsibilities - Production of accurate and complete construction documents within budgeted time frames.

  • Education - Assoc. Arch. Tech. or B'Arch. degree preferred but proven experience documenting single family residential projects in the midwest is also highly desirable.

  • Portfolio - We'd really like to see your portfolio of professional projects plus any personal design projects you're proud to show us.

  • Technical Skills -Thorough knowledge of residential construction techniques, details and structural layout. • 3 Years of recent experience detailing single family wood frame house plans using AutoCAD software or equivalent required; SoftPlan or Revit experience is a plus.

  • Personal Skills - Proven ability to coordinate and communicate with clients, team members, and consultants to achieve efficiency goals. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to resolve field or permit issues in a timely manner.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
