Residential Designer or Architect
Every single client we meet has their own individual idea of what “home” means to them. Our growth and design workload dictate that we add a talented, experienced (3 years min.) and practical residential designer or architect to our team as a key associate. Challenging and award winning renovation and new single family home design are the hallmarks of our firm and our goal is to find the right person to build upon this base and continue the legacy.

Experience:
Must be able to develop practical conceptual designs for single family homes and follow them all the way through to accurate and highly detailed construction documents
Working knowledge of traditional housing styles, massing and scale
Comfortable working with both builders and owners to develop and detail designs within specific budgets
Experience or Interest in networking and business development activities
Experienced and productive CAD user. We use SoftPlan and AutoCAD
Experience with Sketchup and/or Photoshop a plus
Must be able to meet deadlines and work within strict timeframes for producing projects within budget
Ability to thoroughly check plans, mark up corrections, multitask, manage work loads and of course, work and play well with others
